Woman’s diet is important as the basic nature of the body’s between male and female are different.
Therefore from puberty on wards the need of the woman body changes in comparison with men.
Women at the age of
1) Puberty:Should keep the milk, milk products and and lots of leafy vegetables.This improves the strength of bones and need of hemoglobin in body.Also the proper supplement of fruits that is any one fruit per day will keep the skin glowing and fine due to antioxidant effects in it. The dry fruits , meat , beef and other cheese , butter will help to have good health.
heavy morning breakfast with good lunch is advised.use of olive oil , canola oil,fishes , peanuts , avocados is strongly advisable in diet.
2)Women at pregnancy:should keep healthy diet in all sense. MilkĀ and milk products , dry fruits leafy vegetables .The proper intake of the fruits and the cereals will help to make the baby and mummy nourish i.n best way.The use of proper calories in diet is necessary along with the proteins in cereals and fibers in diet.Iron supplement is necessary in the form of leafy vegetables
3) Breastfeeding women:they should keep proper calories in diet.Protein and calcium is also very important at this stage.
4)Women at menopause: should limit the fat and calories in diet with avoiding fatty food and the fried stuff.They should take plenty of calcium through milk .The balance of protein rich diet would keep the body requirements fulfilled.they should take plenty of fruit juices along with the balanced fiber rich product to keep the digestive system alright.
Its very important to avoid alcohol and caffeine at all the stages.
Having food at regular intervals would keep the well being at every stage.
Although plenty of water is advised at all the ages, to be healthy!!
